When should I make my reservation?

As soon as possible to ensure availability.

Can I rent items for less than one week?

We require a 3 night minimum.

How do I get my items? Do you deliver or do I pick up/drop off? How much does delivery cost?

We will deliver to your rental location with a delivery window specified for your convenience.

Can you deliver to my property if I'm not there?

Unfortunately unless we can coordinate with an additional party to receive your items we cannot leave any items outside without confirmed receipt. This is to ensure the safety of our equipment.

Oops, I forgot something! Can I add to my existing order?

Yes! Babies and toddlers change and grow so quickly- so do their needs! If you have forgotten something or realize that something on your original order is no longer needed we can modify your order the best that we can up until 30 days before. If you need a second delivery done for more items you will be subject to additional charges.

When will I be charged?

At the time of booking.

How is equipment cleaned?

We clean with both powerful and gentle supplies as well as UV sanitizing lights.

What are your Covid-19 protocols?

For your safety your items will be delivered to the door of your rental without entry to your property. Your delivery person will follow any reccomendations from the CDC. If you have specific concerns, reach out.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel prior to 30 days you will receive a full refund. If you cancel prior to 14 days you’ll receive a 50% return.

Packing diapers, wipes and other baby essentials is becoming a hassle. Can I ship items directly to you?

Coastal Crawl would be happy to receive your bulk items in advance to our PO Box. We would be happy to deliver to you with the rest of your order on the day of your arrival. Separate deliveries for late items are subject to additional delivery fees.
